We utilize our connections throughout the network to facilitate and acquire goods for our customers from a wide range of reliable suppliers and we negotiate competitive pricing.

Our procurement services typically proceed in the following manner:

1. Identify Goods - We will work with you to identify what you need, establish the specific requirements your project requires, determine the technical and mechanical specifications of your request, and discuss brand specifics and whether you would like to consider competitive brands. If this is a new item you will be acquiring, we will go over logistical challenges. If this is an existing good, we will discuss any current challenges you may have and how best to resolve them.
2. Formalize Requisition - Once we have identified the goods, we will work on the specifics of the requisition. This usually entails quantities, lead time requirements, and pricing and budget constraints. Other matters considered in the formalization of the request are shipping logistics as well as any legal or trade logistics.
3. Identify Vendors - With the details of the formal requisition in hand, our team will begin utilizing our network to find suitable suppliers for your procurement requisition. We will request quotes from multiple vendors and confirm turnaround times. Once we have multiple quotes, we will assess them based on the reputation of the vendor, our own experience with them, their brand reputation, and quality within the industry. At this stage, we typically give you an update on the process and discuss any new findings or challenges.
4. Finalize Terms - Once we have the quotes from the vendors and have discussed them with you, we negotiate pricing and terms per your requirement with each vendor. If the procurement is for recurring goods, we also discuss supply chain logistics and expectations with the vendors. At this time, we also begin finalizing any shipping quotes and any transportation logistics as well as work on any legal or government requirements.
5. PO Submission - With the vendor finalized and terms negotiated to your expectations, we submit a purchase order (PO) to the supplier and arrange all shipping and transportation logistics.
6. Receive Goods - With the previous steps in motion, we will see everything through, follow up with the vendor as needed, and work with transportation logistics and government agencies to ensure smooth delivery of the goods to you.
